Not only will you be able to benefit from their experience but will be able to do so in an environment where they are little other distractions that stop you from getting the most out of the advice you receive.

 

If you do opt to go on a cycling camp try to think of it as part holiday and part training camp. Focusing solely on the training is good but it can lead you to over think things and get hung up on your performance. Instead try also to bear in mind that meeting other while cycling and making new friends is a key part of any cycling training camp.
